Hangover 2 is on the works but Stu's stripper-wife is out!

We all know that the first part was really successful and a surprise box-office smash. Well, Hangover 2, the sequel to one of my favorite comedies ever (and sure you do too) is beginning production, with a scheduled  release for May 2011. Unfortunately, Heather Graham will not be back in the film to reprise her stripper-wife role Jade. 
I will join any online protest out there to make her character back in the sequel. Any takers?

While Heather Graham will not be back, there is a new big name added to the cast, and that is no other than....(drum rooooooolllllllll...).... 

Mel Gibson is reportedly doing a cameo role but will not play himself in the film though there have been rumors about him playing a tattoo artist. I'm hoping he'll play his own personality like Mike Tyson did in the first film, because nothing will be better  received by audiences, than Gibson finally getting out there and making fun of himself. 

The sequel follows the characters to Southeast Asia for a wedding.
Needless to say, as long as the four main character plus the asian gangster Mr. Chow remains, this is really going to be another sure fire hit.
...I still wanted to sign an online petition to bring back Graham's character though.. (wink*)
